Quotes organize customer-facing scope, line items, totals, dimensions, notes, deposit and balance, and terms. The current app supports shared quotes, acceptance, signatures, and signed-contract records.
The existing customer quote portal supports phone verification to access eligible outstanding quotes, along with legacy direct quote links. It does not create staff accounts for homeowners.
Email Quote builds a PDF of the customer-facing information. Approved public visuals and site plans may be included. Internal notes and raw calculator state are excluded. A generated PDF is a snapshot, not proof of acceptance.
Different quote opportunities and alternatives are tracked. Accepted alternatives hide sibling alternatives in the same opportunity. The app rechecks eligibility when listing or opening quotes.
