Job board & crews: what’s already built
The Job Board displays projects in workflow columns. Staff can move a project to the next accurate status by dragging its card.
The crew calendar supports assigning work and placing or resizing crew assignments. The customer, project, documents and schedule remain connected.
Workflow status represents where the work stands; it does not by itself place an order, issue a permit, collect a payment or send a message. Confirm the appropriate next state instead of skipping billing or collection stages.
Service work and original installations can be tracked with their record relationships. The existing implementation distinguishes no-charge completion from unpaid billable work needing billing review.

Can my office see what is waiting on engineering or a permit? The current board and project workflow include those stages. Accurate visibility depends on keeping the records updated.
Can I move a crew assignment when weather changes? Existing crew scheduling supports editing assignments; verify the revised day and crew before saving.
