Document groupings distinguish engineering, permit-related paperwork and other project records. Photos and files support office review, field context, quotes and history.
Customer-facing quote PDFs use approved public visuals; internal notes and raw calculator state are excluded. Uploaded content is not automatically approved for public use.

Can I keep before and after photos together? Yes, attach them to the project so the office and field can find the record.
Can I send every internal file to a customer from a quote? Public visuals need to be approved and eligible for the customer-facing quote workflow.
