Engineering & permits: what’s already built
The app has project-level engineering workflows and engineering/permitting project stages, with document groupings for applications, sketches, invoices, receipts, engineered drawings and permits.
The engineering packet design uses customer, project and quote information to prepare a reviewable packet, including selected sketches or attachments. The team must review recipient, content and files before any send.
Distinguish preparation, approval, submission, delivery and returned drawings. A draft or sent application is not an approved design. Refer to the actual configured workflow for vendor-specific submission and inbound handling.
Permit applications, issued permits, inspection documents and related fees can be filed with the project. The product helps manage the work around permitting; officials and engineers make the actual decisions.
