When you book a conversation

Projqt is built by AJAI. When you submit the booking form, your name, email, selected appointment time, and any optional company, phone, or notes are sent to AJAI’s booking service. AJAI uses these details to arrange the meeting, manage the appointment, and respond to your inquiry. Appointment information is processed through AJAI’s existing calendar and email services, including Google Calendar and Postmark.

Please leave sensitive customer, financial, or account information out of the notes field. Booking a conversation does not create a Projqt software account or enroll you in a paid plan.

Hosting and form protection

Render hosts this website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the booking form from automated abuse. These services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives normal web requests from your browser.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures visits, feature interactions, calls to action, booking starts, and confirmed bookings only after you choose Allow analytics. The site does not send booking names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, or chat text to Google Analytics. URL queries and fragments are excluded from page locations. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals are disabled. You can decline analytics and still use booking and chat, or change your choice below. Your preference is stored in this browser. Service providers also process technical data needed to deliver the website and verify the booking form.

When you use the website assistant

The Projqt website embeds AJAI Engage under AJAI’s tenant. Messages you send, page context, and technical session details are processed by AJAI Engage to answer questions and support follow-up. The widget may store conversation and open-state information in your browser. Do not put private customer records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in chat. Opening an assistant conversation is not a confirmed booking.

To ask about information submitted through Projqt, contact the AJAI team through AJAI’s contact page or reply to your booking confirmation. Appointment cancellation and management links are supplied by AJAI in the confirmation email.
