ALUMINUM ENCLOSURE CONTRACTOR SOFTWARE
A sold job isn’t the whole story.
Put the contract next to materials, labor, engineering, and permit costs. See what is left when the enclosure is done.

Costs & payments: what’s already built
The current job-cost workspace returns contract amount, total costs, gross profit, gross margin, categorized amounts and individual entries. It distinguishes candidate costs from posted or reviewed evidence.
Implemented cost categories include engineering, permit, plan review, materials, concrete, subcontractor, labor, municipal sewer fee, equipment and other.
Entries can retain vendor, date, evidence status, source document, paid date, payment method and QuickBooks sync state. Labor posting depends on an enabled policy.
Payments and job costs answer different questions. A balance concerns money owed by a customer; gross profit compares contract value and recorded job costs. Neither guarantees final net profit or completed accounting reconciliation.
Questions from enclosure contractors
Can I see whether an enclosure made money? You can compare contract value with captured job costs and gross margin. Missing costs will make the picture incomplete.
Does it connect to QuickBooks? Accounting workflows exist, including QuickBooks Desktop-related work. Confirm supported direction, company setup and enabled scope before promising a connection.
